Fireside Office Solutions has consistently scored in the top 10% in the annual Profile since the CSEA Program began in 2003. For 2022, Kyocera has ranked Fireside Office Solutions as a Premier Dealer Level, the highest level, in the CSEA Program.
The CSEA Program ranks Servicing Dealers using the annual Profile and several additional factors. These include employing Technicians with Network Certifications, having Technicians Trained on all Kyocera Models, achieving a high percentage of overall Technical Training for a Service Department, and having several Technicians complete a 12 Course Solutions Bundle.
