Must have 3-4 years of public or private accounting experience with:

General ledger posing, support schedules and account reconciliation

Financial statement preparation

Payroll processing

Sales tax filing

Manage cash flow

Manage accounting clerk(s)

Human Resource tasks experience

Necessary skills:

Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures

Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to analyze data

Have time management skills & able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Flexible in dealing with interruptions

Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience

Accounting software experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, including but not limited to Fireside financial information, employee, customer and vendor data.

Guide accounting support staff in coordination with other company departments

Willing to perform tasks that must be completed outside of normal business hours
